It started with a bid for one project and quickly turned into them winning the full restoration project. Our 100-year old theatre flooded in January 2026 and 1836 had us open at the end of May! Josh as project manager was stellar. The bidding process was organized, quick, clear, and transparent. He inspired confidence that our project would be his highest priority. He communicated regularly, showed up every day, and quickly became part of the Palace family. He listened, executed tasks, and made us feel special.
